Nurimoa encourages you to move

Physical activity isn't a punishment to offset a meal: in Nurimoa, every logged session grows your calorie budget for the day and feeds a routine you can actually keep.

Moving isn't a penalty

Many apps frame exercise as a penalty: you "ate too much", now you have to "burn" the difference. Nurimoa takes it the other way around. A session doesn't erase a mistake — it adds room to your day and moves you closer to the needs of your target weight. The point is to make you want to move, not to make you run to earn forgiveness.

Log any session in seconds

Walking, running, cycling, swimming, strength training or an activity you create yourself: each type has its own icon so you can find it at a glance. You log the session by itsduration, or directly in calories if you read the number off a connected watch. The calories burned then top up your food budget for the day.

A routine, not a one-off feat

What makes the difference over time is consistency, not a single big day. Nurimoa lets you set recurring sessions (for example "cycling on Tuesday and Thursday") and aims at a weekly goal: if one week is busy, you catch up over the following days without guilt. Tracking uses the WHO's recommended activity levels as a reference.

Connected to your diary and your weight

Activity makes the most sense next to the food diaryand weight tracking: you see what you eat, what you burn and how your curve moves in one place, to understand what actually works for you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to work out to use Nurimoa?

No. The food diary and weight tracking work perfectly well without a single session. But activity is encouraged: every session you log increases your calorie budget for the day.

What activities can I log?

Cardio (running, cycling, swimming, brisk walking), strength training, or any custom session you create. You log it by duration, or directly in calories if you read the figure off a watch.

Does Nurimoa set an activity goal?

Yes, a weekly goal rather than a daily one: a busy week can be made up over the following days, with no guilt. Tracking is based on the WHO's recommended activity levels.

Are the calories burned accurate?

They are estimates. They're frozen at the moment you log the session, so that later changing a rate never rewrites your past sessions. You can also enter the value from your watch directly.
