Progress: clear statistics to understand your habits

In the app, the Progress tab turns your daily entries into readable charts: what you eat, what you burn and how your weight moves, without an overloaded dashboard.

Your intake at a glance

Calories and macros are aggregated by day and by period, so you can see the days that stand out and the habits that keep coming back. You spot patterns — a lunch that's always too light, a richer weekend — instead of fixating on a single number. With Premium, the eating-habits report goes further: it tells you whether your habits are improving, holding or slipping over the period, with a concrete tip.

Your activity and energy spent

The summary of your sessions shows their frequency, duration and calories burned against your weekly goal. That's where consistency becomes visible, week after week.

Your progress by period

With Premium, you track your weight, calories and activities by week, month and year, and compare one period to the previous one. The weight curve then reads as an underlying trend, not a string of weigh-ins.

Export your data

Premium lets you export your journal and statistics as CSV and PDF: to archive, analyse elsewhere, or hand a summary to a healthcare professional.

Frequently asked questions

Which statistics are included for free?

The free plan shows your daily summary and your weight trend over 30 days. Full history and period comparisons (week, month, year) are part of Premium.

Can I compare two weeks or two months?

Yes, with Premium. You track your calories, activities and weight by period and compare one week, month or year against the previous one.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Premium lets you export your journal and statistics as CSV and PDF, for example to keep a record or share a summary with a healthcare professional.

Do I need nutrition knowledge to read the charts?

No. The charts are deliberately simple: one curve, one period, the essentials. The goal is to understand a trend, not to decode a dashboard.
